Responsibility involves in Radiograph to carry out NDT inspection for Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Structural Welds, Boiler, Process piping, and as per customer requirement & processor.

Enforce Radiation safety at sites.

Site Experience:

• Carried out gamma radiography works for boiler piping &turbines

• Oil, gas and pressure pipelines (RT, UT, MPT DPT ) (offshore & onshore)

• Steel plant erection works for boiler & pressure vessels carried out gamma radiography for stainless steel pipe, dia ranging from inches to 32 inches dia (RT)

• Carried out gamma radiography worked for Gail station piping in cross country pipe line projects (Client: Gail, inspection: baxcounsel)

• Weld joints inspection in plant and fabrication shop, DPT, MPT.

• Carried out MPI & DPT in Socket Weld, Nozzle Weld and Butt Weld.

• Carried out MPI in Fillet Weld and inspection on machined components

• Carry out visual inspection of pressure vessels piping,Structural, Casting & Forging

• Well conversant with Wet Florescent, Wet & Dry Colour Contrast methods in Magnetic Particle Testing and familiar with inspection of in service and fabricated products

• Carried out Radiography Film Interpretation and different type of films structural Welds,Butt Joints, T-Joint, Corner Joints, Piping, Casting & Forging As Per international Codes & Standard

• Familiar with international Codes And Standard like a ASME SEC V, VIII, ASME b31.3, API 1104 Effective team handling and good planning of work.

• Knowledge of Safety awareness and regulations and work permit system Authorization In sights and working places.
