Responsible for strategic direction and management of service delivery for aspects of Authentication, Messaging, Mobility, Virtualization, Wintel, Linux, SUN, and mainframe systems which consist of 9000+ virtual, physical servers of HP , Dell, SUN, IBM, and storage hardware. Budgetary responsibility included hardware, software, and maintenance contracts in excess of $25million. Led innovation through architectural development, design of, internal, external cloud services; VPCs, Amazon AWS and externally hosted providers resulting in $21 million cost savings. Oversaw facets of external vendors and outsourced/ offshore providers in management of service desk, datacenter management, server support, and daily operations.
