• Managing and planning the DT teams for newly commissioned and Pated sites

• Suggesting the RF parameters for Pre-DT for achieving max output

Analyzing the Pre-DT ZRX for poor coverage, quality, CDR, CSSR, HOFR, Connection Setup Success Rate, Connection Releases, Connection Releases Failure.

• Timely prepare DT reports and submit the data to PTCL concerns.

• Analyzing the BSC level traffic stats of 1x and EVO, RSSI, RLP reports and pointing out the worst performance cells forward the issue to concerned department and give proper reason to customer for justification

• Resolving the customer objections regarding Pre-DT, after analyzing the objections suggest the DT parameters for optimization DT

• Submitting the coverage prediction report with optimization DT data

• On site co-ordination with DT teams and solve their technical issues also in co-ordination with BSC engineers for necessary changes and improvements also update the customers timely regarding optimization activities progress.
