Working on Company’s Software Primavera & Prolog where all Shop drawing, documents and material details are updated which will be monitored by the Head Department personalities for approvals and further processing and handling all Fonts Office Registers including Inward and Outward Registers. Drafting, Receiving and sending letters from the Department and distribution of letter to the concerned Department.

Handling Registers in which the outgoing and incoming Documents and thier details are recorded and accurately filed and delivered mail to specified departments.

Handling the record room where all types of Shop drawing, Documents, Material submittals and letters are arrangement according to their reference no.s and all.

Proccessing the documents. Work on Ms-Word, Ms-Excel and updating them in Company’s Software Primavera & Prolog. Sending daily reports to the Head Office.

Communicating with Head Department and Supervising the staff to meet the scheduled work and target to be done.
