Responsible for all aspects of the proactive maintenance effort for an 185,000 bushel per day corn wet milling operation. Lead six salaried, eighteen union Reliability Technicians and a maintenance contractor force of up to 100 mechanics and technicians which safely perform the scheduled, proactive and project maintenance. Responsibilities include warehousing, security and food safety.

• Through tireless change management, improved employee engagement to an all-time high of 85%.

• Develop and manage the $28MM annual maintenance budget providing constant oversight and updates to ensure compliance.

• Optimized and aligned the Reliability Teams’ approach in proactive technologies; vibration and oil analysis, infrared, motor circuit analysis, ultrasound and thermography which made a dramatic turnaround in asset health.
