WORK EXPERIENCE

Repaired, Installed, Maintained and Troubleshooted Industrial processing equipment, form fill and seal machines, conveyor systems, wrapping machines and high speed packaging equipment by responding to "Floor Calls" to the production area when line problems and/or line stoppages occurred.

Worked with high and low voltage electrical systems, PLC's and utilized Root Cause Analysis to identify and minimize downtime situations.

Evaluated, replaced bearings, seals, and lubricated/assembled various mechanical transmission components. Utilized Mig Welder to fabricate and mend parts.

Utilized equipment layouts, blueprints, drawings, and manuals to perform maintenance on production equipment associated with particle reduction and roasting

Maintained detailed records, reports and inventory of Test Facility equipment. Conducted Research and Developmental Testing to determine customer specified requirements, for the sell of various Industrial Grinding Mills and Associated Equipment used for particle reduction. Assembled numerous setups and programmed Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) to simulate full scale production operations.

Operated and maintained power and lighting circuits, electrical fixtures, motors, generators, switchboards, voltage and frequency regulators. Tested for short circuits and rebuilt electrical equipment. Troubleshooted, test and replaced defective equipment by interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics, maintained electrical operating logs and maintenance records, prepared daily/weekly maintenance schedules and utilized Lock-out/Tag-outs.
