Quality Control Data Entry

Objective:

Industry Quality-control worker, involve at every stage of the production process. Have experience and looking forward to increasing levels of responsibility as QA/QC auditor, Administrator, data entry and safety. Provide critical, significant and minor quality report (NCN) by following the workmanship standers of production.

Qualifications

• 5years of experience in a manufacturing facility or a related field.

• Experience with inspecting and using tools and instruments such as micrometers and calipers, dielectric, electric and PSI test machines.

• Inspections on parts, materials, and assemblies using sketches and able to read drawings.

• Help to analyze and correct the production problems by writing NCN report.

Work History

Schlumberger{ power section oil Stators production} - (09/2010) to (recently) Quality Control Tech I.

• Checking all the production of tubes and rubber that injected in tube to fit the drill should be assembled according to the quality standers.

• Checking the Lathes machine before starting and make sure all the parts and tools follows the sketches.

• Using measurement tools to check the dimensions and tolerance of production.

• Using calipers to checks the dimensions

• Writing Non Conformance Report (NCR) if there are any defects in production and create corrective action to resolve it.

• Writing the certification of production to the clients

Goodman Cooling and Heating (03/2008) to (09-2010) QA/QC Auditor.

• Checking the lines of production for all A/C cooling systems

• Checking the parts numbers of materials

• Checking the OD of parts which using to assemble the unit of cooling system.

• Make sure all the parts follow the engineering drawing and build the units according to workmanship standers.

KBR – (09-2003) to (03/2008) infrastructure QC.

• Supporting US army mission in Iraq by checking the quality of construction that rebuild all the living units of US army in Taji Camp.
