Company builds out retail space for retailers in malls. Worked with company to define business processes and requirements and increase project management skills leading to successful implementation of CRM system allowing them to better track, follow-up and win more business. Implemented new Microsoft Dynamics ERP accounting, payroll and direct deposit systems which lead to greater efficiency. Designed strategy and helped management present and win contract to provide $40 million in mandatory construction services for a major mall developer owning 77 malls across the United States.
Director Business Development, Longs Drugs, May 2008-2009
Managed Longs Drug Stores non-store Central Fill Pharmacy systems, filling over 20,000 mail order and store prescriptions per day. Lead cross functional teams to plan and bring up new Central Fill operations in Hawaii and Phoenix. Managed fast paced operation that gathered demand from retail locations up to central facility, filled the prescriptions and delivered them next day to the correct retail location. Implemented strategy to reach further down the supply chain by getting doctors to prescribe electronically vs. paper based prescriptions allowing Longs to fill before customer arrives.
Sr. Solution and Design Consulting Specialist- Supply Chain, Kaiser Permanente, 2003-2008. Lead cross functional project team to investigate, source, design and implement inventory management system within the Kaiser Pharmacy DC and retail network, enabling true demand planning for seven operating regions and pharmacy automated refill centers. Created strategy to move from a decentralized distribution environment to a centralized system. Developed change management strategy to move the organization into the new operating processes. Acted as the SME (subject matter expert) with business users and IT resources to gather business requirements, functional requirements, non-functional requirements and created use cases for user testing while mitigating scope creep. The successes of this project lead to $400+ million Oracle ERP implementation across Kaiser Permanente.

Designed and implemented strategic operational projects from demand forecast management through delivery to customer as well as VMI strategy. Developed and monitored BOM for optimal pricing.
•Rolled out RF bar coding system across eight warehouse facilities enabling DC productivity to increase 53%, increased product visibility and enhance manufacturing operations.
•Designed RFID strategy to meet Wal-Mart’s top 100 RFID initiatives in conjunction with the University of Florida research center.

Senior Manager, Menlo Logistics, 1994-1999. Key member of management start-up team for combination dedicated fleet, transportation management and warehousing for AT&T Phoenix Works. Implemented SAP Supply Chain Module and integrated Menlo's Manugistics transportation optimization systems. Full P&L responsibility. Managed 40 direct reports. Developed strategic planning initiatives to more cost effectively manage company's $500 million network of purchased transportation. Determined optimal warehousing site selection based on key inputs.
