•Plan, select, propose and implement equipment and systems upgrades and replacements to ensure efficiency and cost control.

•Ensure adequate maintenance personnel coverage for the plants 24/7 production operations including satisfactory emergency call out arrangements.

•Interact and coordinate with service contractors, engineering professionals, and materials/parts vendors to resolve inefficiencies in equipment and reduce repeat failures.

•Developed and managed the maintenance plan since the start-up of the new facility in 1989.

•Worked with team members and develop the plant Criteria and Evaluation Program for production workers, implemented in 1994 and currently used.

•Assigned to assist project engineer in the installation and start-up of the Marquip Laminator. $3m + Project.

•Planned and managed the 3 day installation of a Kohler Glue Unit into the Marquip Laminator, $280k upgrade.

•Researched, planned and prepared proposal for a $7k upgrade of the boiler ignition system, reducing fuel consumption 10%+.
