CAREER SUMMARY

•Seven years of process design experience in Chemical and Pharmaceutical industry.

•Assisted in performing pipe spec, main sizing, line sizing, hydraulic and pipe sizing.

•Assisted in process studies, heat & material Balance, utility Balance, etc.

•A feasibility report was prepared for 20MTPD Ammonium Bicarbonate plant.

•Thermodynamics and Kinetic consideration was done along with Material and Energy Balance.

•Checked for consistency with corporate piping codes and worked on line sizing calculations.

•Designed the Process Equipments like pump, control valve and hydraulic calculation.

•Estimated the overall Cost and Profitability using Break-even analysis.

Camlin India Ltd., Mumbai India (In-Plant Training) (May 2000 to July 2000)

•Performed a study based on daily plant operations like processing and quality control of colors, pigments and dyes.
