Management of Technical Staff, including hiring, associate development, scheduling, payroll.

Technically and Mechanically Intuitive. Skilled in use of PC hardware and Software used in System Integration and Testing, including Microsoft Office and CAD. Able to read and interpret Drawings, Schematics and Specifications. Proficient is use of Installation Tools, Test Equipment, and set up of Calibration Equipment.

1994 – Simulcast – Design and Implement Multi Zone Audio System for Bally’s Simulcast, Keno, and Poker Room. Upgrade of all Ballroom A/V systems.

1996 - Wild West Casino @ Bally’s – Project Manager. Major redesign of Surveillance and Security Monitor Rooms and Systems to facilitate Wild West Casino. Design and Integrate large-scale fiber to the camera project. (1024 fibers). Redesign and Implement Media Matrix for Bally’s Music and Page System.

2001 – Select Digital platform and Implement (Nice Vision) Digital recoding in Security Department.

2005 – First to achieve NJ State, CCC / DGE approval for use of Digital recording technologies in Surveillance.

2006 – Design and Implement Total Digital Audio, Video Recording System. Major redesign of all Surveillance and Security Monitor Rooms and Systems for consolidation of Claridge Casino Monitor Room into Bally’s Surveillance and Security monitor room. Migrate from analog recording to Digital recording. Implement C-Cure 800/8000.
