SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS: Manage simultaneous multi fast-track, mission-critical projects with consistency in adhering to timelines, quality, and cost. Exemplify in-depth knowledge of residential, commercial, office, industrial, institutional, and development construction. Ensure that construction projects are executed in compliance with building codes, fire inspections regulations, safety standards, structural soundness, and specifications. Preside over the entire construction processes within occupied tenant spaces for high visibility, high maintenance clients including Creative Artists Agency, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Staples Center, Lockheed Martin, Wal-Mart, and Lufthansa Airlines.
COMPETITIVE BIDDING AND COST ESTIMATING: Prepare RFP and qualifiy bids. Plan and coordinate prospect meetings, and publish meeting minutes. Generate cost estimates for construction projects and assess cost-effectiveness of products, projects, or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops. Prepare and review blueprints and other documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Compile and update a directory of suppliers and subcontractors for future reference and to reduce cost. Define construction materials and methods; lead time procurement analysis; and develop material take offs, subcontract quotes, and pre-construction baseline scheduling.
