Member of Global Server support team. Providing 24x7 on-call server support.
Provide 3rd Tier Domino Lotus Notes Product support for global user base of 92,000.
Product support: Domino, Notes, Sametime, BES, LEI, Connections, Quickr, and Protector
Third Party Product support: GSX Monitoring, Trend Micro, Symantec, and Ytria.
Responsibilities included capacity planning, system upgrades (server/client), Most recently upgraded all application servers from Domino 8.5.1 to Domino 8.5.2.
Devised custom backup and automated server based archiving strategies for all North American Mail-In databases.

Principal designer and point of contact of the global CSC Mobile Directory catalog. Monitoring aggregation and taking corrective action as necessary to ensure the catalog was up to date.
Standardized North American Paging Directory. This was an extremely high profile project which was critical in meeting customer SLA requirements.
Established security modification to key Directory documents (server, group documents) to ensure only authorized users could make modifications to these documents.
Developed the methodology for client upgrades using SmartUpgrade
Configuration and modification to corporate replication topology. This included the primary domain as well as external customer domains.
Researched and designed an enhancement to the Journal process to allow for the use of dynamic group membership.
Designated as primary vendor contact – Working directly with IBM to resolve high priority issues.
