Researched and purchased steam generator and in-line water system that eliminated FAT product development and process flow problems allowing the company to turn around more then twice as many CIP units

• ACS Industries, is a national manufacturer of construction attachment
• As Technical Data Administrator it was my responsibility to integrate the various departments within the organization through an ERP system and turn this information into a web based selling platform to service our customers throughout the US.
• As Product Development Supervisor I managed the day to day activities of several engineers as we brought to life various products and released them to production
Obtained OEM information pro-actively to reduce lead-time to design and build products. Reduction in lead-times resulted in an increase of almost $1 million in additional sales
Successfully led multiple patented design projects from concept through manufacturing. Company realized over 3 million in additional sales from these projects over a 18 months
Successfully led ERP project bringing our customers the ability to order, track inventory, and assign equipment all via a web based platform

• Trelleborg Wheel Systems is a manufacturer of tires and wheels for lift trucks, man lifts, jet-way bridges and other small utility vehicles with a world wide customer base
• As Product Engineer I was the lead engineer in bringing new products to market and supporting existing product through product redesign and process improvements
Initiated destructive testing of products by artificially accelerating their aging process through various types of environmental media to determine failure points. This type of testing saved the company potentially millions in of dollars in defective products and lost man hours
Brought to life patented project and helped lead the time through product line start-up. This product potentially brought millions of additional dollars in sales and more importantly reduced downtime for our customers.

• Mantaline Corporation is a manufacturer of rubber extruded products serving the heavy truck, RV, automotive, and architectural markets
• As Product Designer I supported other engineers in bringing new products to market while supporting existing products through redesign and process improvements
Proved product quality was not due to poor product design rather the use of outdated capital equipment and non maintained equipment
Identified through real time trends where product production problems occurred and corrected those problems before valuable time and money were lost
Pro-actively determined the need for additional capital equipment to improve product development, process development, and current products

• NPC Custom Rubber is a manufacturer of rubber extruded products serving the concrete pipe and plastic pipe industries
• As Technical Manager I designed, cost, and quote new products for the market. In addition I managed shop floor employees and improved processes while maintaining high quality standard
Successfully led 5 million capital improvement project doubling our capacity, increasing throughput by 40% all without shutting down production
Created viable process during product development phase for high volume product with very little waste during start-up
Provide technical information to senior management as well as operational information to process operators and managers on the shop floor
