GERMANY) is used for 100% instant checking in steel yard to insure freedom from mixed up. Low alloy, Mn-Cr, Cr-Mo, Cr-Ni-Mo steels are mostly involved in chemical analysis

Control and testing the parts used in automotive secter,Earthmovers rock-drillers, bearings etc.

Normalizing, ISO annealing, Through hardening,Temprering and Stress relieving.

Case Carburising and hardening,Carbonitriding,Nitro carburizing(liquid nitriding),

Gas nitriding.

Heat tinting test, exercised for Quality of Raw material and finished material whenever necessary ,knowledge of different standard like DIN,JIS,ASTM ,IND.

Metallurgical inspection and hardness checking of all high, medium, low carbon steel

K Set heat treatment process for different steel grades according to their chemical and

K Control of various heat treatment process :- normalising ,isoannealing ,case

carburising , hardening,tempering induction hardening, nitriding etc
