Turned around struggling program to win $360M follow-on contract. Raytheon had cost-plus NASA contract, but did not receive award fees due to poor performance. Led execution of more than 60 Lean Six Sigma projects. Established and met performance metrics. Ensured company received 100% fee plus follow-on contract.
Managed government programs, ensuring customer satisfaction. Assisted Centech in winning two competitive proposals. Championed/led culture change, implementation of Lean Six Sigma. To change Raytheon’s culture and grow business, championed Six Sigma across $200M/$300M business units. Planned/implemented strategic plan for $200M Navy Medical Research Center (NMRC), a client of aerospace/defense giant’s IT division. Used Lean Six Sigma principles as framework.
