EXPERIENCE

Control Room Operator

Maintained and monitored plant performance for efficient and safe plant operations. Responsible for reacting to alarms by taking the necessary corrective measures and executing plant shutdown and start-up procedures as required. Reviewed and corrected ladder logic programs using RSLogix 5000, to ensured that the plant run at optimal level.

Development of operating procedures including startup, shutdown, normal operations, and commissioning.

Field Engineer Operator

Performed technical duties related to crude oil operations in Ecuador heavy crude oil pipeline in different stage of the process, as construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning. Performed daily facility and equipment readings and checks to verify operating conditions, recording data such as pressure, meter readings, temperature, tanks level and fluid rate took from meter, gauges or automatic devices. Conducted equipment visual inspections, routine sampling, calibrating gauges and tools and testing to detect malfunctions or need for repair. Planned and executed work-orders for corrective and preventive maintenance.
