Description

Dashboard:-

i) Price Comparison

ii) Price Buildup

iii) Segment wish Price Comparison

Dashboard gives the information of price comparison of all model of TVS and using Dashboard check the Price buildup of the particular model from ExShowroom to Onroad price. They can also check the segment wish price comparison.

E-Reporting:-

E-Reporter’s searches through all the Price Comparison in TVS Price Comparison 2 & 3 Wheeler Dashboard & e-Report. It provides web intelligence reports the data daily, weekly and monthly.

Responsibilities:

Worked Extensively on Xcelsius 2008.

Used Excel worksheet.

Design the report in Web Intelligence.

Used Filters, calculations, variables, conditions, sorting for creating reports.

Created reports by writing SQL Quires and views to supply data for Web Intelligence.

Title : BPL Entry Strategy

Client : BPL

Duration : April’10 – November’10.

Description

BPL Entry strategy is a payroll and Incentive Calculation and Accounting Systems, a web based application, developed to provide salary functionalities for multi-location employees of BPL. This is mainly covering maintenance of employee’s master information, employee attendance and leave records, processing of daily job oriented acting allowances and production based incentive calculations, salary adjustment, and reimbursement. The system is developed daily, weekly, monthly reports, so that the BPL employees can access their information. All the reports are standard and ad hoc reports build based on Business Objects Universes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Involved in Design, development and Maintenance of the Universe

• Involved in developing table joins, alerts and queries, creating prompts, parsing of the Universes, applying contexts to removes cyclic dependencies (loops).

• Created @Functions like @Prompt, @Where, @Select and @Variable in the Universe for Web and Desk top Intelligence reporting.

• Test/Debug Business Objects Universe modifications in Designer to include database connections, new objects, updated tables, and joins.

• Involved in development of Desk top intelligence and Web Intelligence reports using Universe.

• Created the reports using Business Objects functionalities like Slice and Dice, Drill Down, Cross Tab.

• Knowledge in administration of Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.1 servers, Universes, users, groups, scheduling of Web Intelligence reports by using Info View and Central Management Console.
