AUCKLAND STEEL, New Zealand 2006 to 2008

Supervise the reports preparation, documentation and identification deficiencies to promote corrective actions and verify their implementation until total conformation. • QA/QC Advisor at on-shore Angostura Development Project: perform advisory activities for company team of QA/QC inspectors, welding, coating and HSE during the pipeline construction at Guayaguayare area.

PETROZUATA,Zuata Venezuela 1997 to 2002

• Operations Supervisor. Responsible for operations of the Zuata pump station and pipeline. Ensure regulatory compliance and interface with other Petrozuata operations and project groups. Supervised a staff of five technical officers

• Field Construction Engineer for two 36” and 20” 197-Kilometer pipelines and pump station to transport x-heavy oil from main station at Orinoco belt to upgrading plant at Jose northeast of Venezuela. Review engineering design for construction. Supervise and interface with shop and field quality control inspectors and vendors. Responsible for construction and contract closeout. Oversee commissioning and start-up activities. Successfully completed the upstream oil facility two months earlier than planned.
