• QA/QC Advisor at on-shore Angostura Development Project: perform advisory activities for company team of QA/QC inspectors, welding, coating and HSE during the pipeline construction at Guayaguayare area.

Review engineering design for construction. Supervise and interface with shop and field quality control inspectors and vendors. Responsible for construction and contract closeout. Oversee commissioning and start-up activities. Successfully completed the upstream oil facility two months earlier than planned.
