Analyzed data, enforced and communicated policies handed down from the Information Technology (IT) Governance Board, and made recommendations to the Vice President for over 1700 Human Management resource additions. Worked with the financial management team tracking offshore hires to meet and support our Global Delivery Plan. Ran multiple weekly, monthly and quarterly ad-hoc reports and created and posted templates for the organization at the VP, executive, and managerial levels to use as a guideline on SharePoint.
