Analyst – Managed and supervised six other project managers or direct report points of contact at the Vice President organizational level for all onshore contingent hires. Analyzed data, enforced and communicated policies handed down from the Information Technology (IT) Governance Board, and made recommendations to the Vice President for over 1700 Human Management resource additions. Worked with the financial management team tracking offshore hires to meet and support our Global Delivery Plan. Ran multiple weekly, monthly and quarterly ad-hoc reports and created and posted templates for the organization at the VP, executive, and managerial levels to use as a guideline on SharePoint. Participated in daily calls with external clients gathering requirements and identifying issues to implement a corporate wide human resource system used for contingent hires.
