• Worked with developers in locating appropriate property and then aided in the negotiations of leases, land and building purchases, and new development.

• Provided Construction Management services to McDonald’s Restaurants for the Combined Beverage Business expansion to over 100 restaurant remodels in 6 months for the greater Chicago and Milwaukee region (2008) and to Redbox Inc., for the site surveys and deployment of over 7000 kiosks on a nationwide basis (2009)
