Technical Engineer Manager Consultant (Robert Half Inc.) for T-Systems at their Data Center. I was responsible managing several large team projects involving T-Systems WAN Voice/Data services and systems server software for Domestic ( SBC, Ebay, Nasa, Quest, Sprint) and international (France, China, Russian Telecom) customers.
Responsible for assembling engineering and help desk team on deployment of network services, identifying appropriate resources, service delivery procedures, installation, provisioning of Cisco and Juniper router/switches and computer systems (servers, load balancers), developing schedules, identify roles of project team.
Conducted customer technical project meeting to work out customer requirements, gap analysis, status reports, provided remote and on-site technical support and coordination, managed escalations involving provisioning, reports on vendor billing, providing input on costs and budgets.

Responsible for assembling engineering and help desk team on deployment of network services and deploying several large infrastructure projects involving AT&T LAN/WAN services and systems server software for fortune 500 customers ( banks Citigroup) , financial services firms ( Merrill Lynch), retailers (Levi Strauss), hotels ( Marriott), government agencies (Army/Navy) for their enterprise data centers and remotes sites.

Major projects at the Merrill Lynch Data Center that were planed budgeted, tested, implemented, tracked:

Design & Test Software engineer- Microsoft LAN manger project. Develop and tested network code ported over to run over UNIX from Microsoft for AT&T StarLan network. This entailed: flowchart, state diagram, coding and test scripts. Worked with Microsoft engineers to incorporate features and functions of their product to run under UNIX for AT&T Starlan product.

System Engineer -Custom Network Offering (CNO II)- This project developed custom networks for large customers using AT&T switches as backbones for customer access devices.
