Description:

The objective of this project is to install the 11g version of the Oracle OBIEE Financial Analytics Applications using Peoplesoft 9.1 as the source system, and develop an IHG custom dashboard supporting the Accounts Receivable Application.

Description:

GE testing Project involves the Testing Methodology for the OBIEE Dashboards which have been migrated from OBIEE 11.1.1.3 version to OBIEE 11.1.1.5 version.

Testing Strategy involves UI Testing, Functional testing, Data Validation and Performance Testing.

Project 4

Project Name : Marketing Intelligence

Client : GE Capital

Description:

GE wanted to have a BI portal to report on the U.S Macro Economic Data for its internal Capital Intelligence Department.

As part of this initiative, reports were built to showcase the trending of historical data concerning Unemployment, Consumer, Interest Rates, Loans, GDP and CAPEX spending statistics.

To achieve this reporting, suitable star schema were created in the metadata layer and the corresponding reports built on top of this using OBIEE 11g.

The reports encompass a variety of the new OBIEE 11g features such as Master-Detail relationship on MAP Report.

Since some of the reporting requirements could not be met using native OBIEE features, an external charting engine was integrated and used to overcome some of the limitations of OBIEE. These reports were built using Flex and rendered using Flash player.

All these Dashboards and reports were integrated into the existing customer portal using I frames.

Description:

Salesforce.com is software as a service (SAAS) company that distributes business software on a subscription basis. Sales force hosts the applications offsite. It is best known for its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products. The objective of this Project is to build an Adaptor same as BI Apps OOTB other Adaptors which can get attached with Oracle BI Analytics to cater Salesforce CRM reporting.

Role : Developer

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the Source System business process, Data Model and flow of data.

• Design the WH Data model (Fact and Dimension).

• Design Sales Force Star Schemas and ETL processes.

• Converting the Business Processes into technical specs.

• Developing the Informatica mapping which can extract the data from multiple databases and populate the warehouse.

• Involved in Performance tuning by writing database independent sql query and by tuning the mapping.

• Modifying/Developing OBIEE RPD (measures, level based measures, aggregator navigation and Time series wizard).
