• Estimating and writing proposals for all change orders and RFPs, as well as, new bids – when required.

• Monitoring and maintaining contractual obligations, budget, schedule, and forecasting of cost and revenue.

• All formal communication with team members, subcontractors, contractors, owner representatives, architects and engineers.

• Overall responsibility of all documentation from buyout through closeout.

• Complete fiscal responsibility for each project assigned.

Member of the project team responsible for support of the Project Manager with Document Control and Logs; also, assisted the Project Manager and Superintendent with documentation and daily coordination. Specific duties included:

• Receipt, review, and transmittal of all submittals, shop drawings, and technical data required for the scope of work.

• Receipt and distribution of construction documents including: shop drawings, submittals, RFI’s, ACI’s, etc.

• Maintenance of project logs including: material, submittal, transmittal, RFI’s, and change orders.
