Cost Savings for Low unit of measure initiatives saved organization over $1 million, not including the SPD supply “buy-back”, Suture standardization and FTE reduction.
Implemented Custom Delivery System for faster and efficient case cart assembly.
Developed and implemented new policies, procedures and forms for “Best Practice” compliance and standardization.
Implemented a process for standardization of CDM’s across the health system.
