• Have successfully managed assignments in both the United States and Canada across a broad range of business sectors. These include garment embroidery/manufacturing, yacht building, frozen foods, commercial baking, retail franchises, agricultural equipment sales, and health care (US).
• These assignments included serving the client organization as CRO, CEO and CFO. They also include late decline, informal restructuring and work with Chapter 11, BIA, CCAA.
• Through years of hands on experience have accrued knowledge and skill sets specific to turnaround and crisis management. These include litigation support, the fundamental turnaround or liquidation decision, the nature of decision making in distress, cash management in a crisis, and negotiating successfully with various stakeholders in difficult circumstances.
• This knowledge has generated both procedures and methodologies for turnaround and crisis management that have been published in various articles in The Secured Lender, The Journal, Commercial Lending Review and The Provider.
• Acted as the sole architect in the development of TCMI. In this process have formed contacts and relationships with Attorneys and Lenders in Toronto, Missisauga, Buffalo and Rochester.
