department of transportation, city council, chamber of commerce, 4 commercial construction companies, mayor’s

office and many others, delivered the program on budget three months ahead of schedule exceeding city council

expectations

Led efforts that brought leading beverage distributor who now employs over 680 employees in Lawrence and invested

$50 million in facility build out and employee development in the region.

1997-Present United State Army

Developed strategies and tactics for revitalization and overhaul of the U.S. Military including the U.S. Army National

Guard in US and Europe

Managed the successful close out of US operations in Bosnia and transfer to European Union on time, within budget
