Consulted on the oil spill in Marshall, Michigan – Operation Section Chief managing 1800 response personnel for clean activities on 34 miles of the Kalamazoo River.

Southern Natural Gas Pipeline Company

Consulted on the O’Brien Response Management project. Worked with engineering team to provide risk ranked analysis of the contractors in order to minimize risk and exposure for the client. Upon completion of the analysis, revised and revamped the RFP process and provided client with a risk weighted list of qualified contractors and cost for the project. These actions resulted in a reduction of rates that affected the base line cost for the project.

Kinder Morgan Company

Consulted on how to keep a $50m project on schedule and within budget. Hired, trained and managed a new project team, consulted on effectively coordinating project team and all operations personnel to achieve project success, budget and schedule.
