Project Details

Worked on auditing routers and databases in Level3 to correct any data integrity issues. This involved defining a process from scratch and then correcting database and router configurations Planning and Optimizing IP and ATM Networks with aim at cost savings. Identifying networks/devices that are loss making and preparing grooms packages to move customers onto other platforms and the decommissioning the old devices

Project Details

Project: TATA Docomo GSM Network Rollout

Activities: As part of the packet Core Team, we had to evaluate vendors and go through the RFP process. However left company prior to deployment face.

Project: VoIP

Activities: Perform a trial VoIP demonstration using Qualcomm expertise to demonstrate VoIP solution Provide Network support to Qualcomm engineer in terms of network readiness from RAN, PDSN and AAA perspective. Also explore QoS options for end to end deployment in EvDO Network Also using freely available software in internet provided an independent demonstration of VoIP for higher management

Project: Proactive Monitoring and Troubleshooting

Activities: Provided Tier 3 support to operations and regional teams in resolving network and performance issues and also for escalations to vendor Also performed trials for network monitoring solutions and maintained existing performance optimization platform Venturi.

Project: Deploying and performing trials for Packet core Systems

Activities: Deployed URL filtering solution, Blackbery(Mobile IP), new features for sales teams, Qualcomm LBS solution, etc

Project: Deploying and Testing new Starent PDSN
