STUDENT TEACHER
This was an 8-week camp in which I was a student teacher to a class of 8th graders from the local Long Beach Junior High Schools. The theme was “Amazing Humans” and job duties included preparing lesson plans and instructing students on Human Biology.

STUDENT RESEARCHER
This was an 8-week program that pairs Marine Biology students from Long Beach City College to a Calif. State Professor Mentor. Job Duties included performing a research project with assistance from the mentor, and presentation of research at the end of the program to peers as well as the general public.
