Avionics Mechanical Technician:

• Building Units per Engineering drawings and blueprints

• Assemble and disassemble units

• Work on ERP, Safety wire, torque tool, power tools, etc.

• Basically all the work performed described under Teledyne Controls is also applied in working with Space Exploration Technologies

Mechanical Assembler:

• Performs electronic and mechanical assembly

• Assembles production units, disassembles and reassembles customer returned units

• Works from written and verbal instructions, Engineering drawings, and blueprints

• Measure parts with micrometers or dial calipers

• Mixes chemicals and other commercial materials to specific requirements

• Familiar with surface grinding, OD Grinding, and other gauges

• Performs spot bond, drill top, drill press, retap, soldering CCA and injection molding, conformal coat touch-up, conformal coating and remove coating
