Performed computer and software operation training as needed in support of project personnel. Developed management systems for the specific needs and requirements of this project. These systems allowed the tracking of engineering specifications, major equipment procurement, engineering drawing design, and instrument procurement. Provided custom reports for tracking schedule exceptions and scheduling look-ahead lists. Defined and wrote systems for time line analysis of schedule to actual performance. Was responsible for obtaining, programming and producing system downloads and translations between applications. Wrote shutdown sequencing system and PVN/Change Order tracking system. Provided client with systems and custom reports. Consulted with users for hardware and software utilization, applications and acquisitions. Provided project management support in maintaining and auditing inventory of p.c. hardware, software and supplies. Ordered new inventory and released hardware and software as needed.

Concurrently developed major enhancements for an existing Brown & Root relational system and rewrote much of existing code to produce Brown & Root Automated Documentation System (BRADS). Provided agenda and leadership in discussions of held by Document Management group in development of BRADS. Initial development took 120 hours and has been utilized globally between 1988 and 1998.

Provided P.C. Systems Support for Georgia Pacific No. 4 Paper Machine and G. P. Wood Mill Expansion Projects. Duties included responsibility for analysis, design, and programming of Engineering Management Systems. Developed systems for data collection and reporting of engineering drawing registers, engineering equipment list, and piping line list and ISO tracking register. Performed systems programming, information collection, data processing and information distribution in support of five databases. Interfaced with 27 to 33 people in collection and distribution of information on a weekly basis. Performed p.c. consulting and instruction as needed.
