•Original content creation: develop, supervise, produce, direct and/or write programs distributed over broadband network. Programming includes: live events & performances, instructional, educational & video blogs.

•Negotiated and developed strategic partnerships for the explicit purpose of jointly developing, producing and sharing content. The resulting efforts included the acquisition of over 150 video programs and series for no licensing fees.

•Directly responsible for growing monthly traffic over 435 percent from May 2010 through March 2011.

Vice President of Broadband & Production(2006 – 2010)

•Established, created & executed New Media initiative resulting in overall online traffic growth year over year.
