• Developed innovative solutions for line two full pallet conveyors by extending the

line with 3 additional pallet positions and saved ten seconds per pallet by no

longer using the full pallet turntable.

• Instituted Preventative Maintenance System in Production that helped track

mechanical opportunities, which allowed the Operation to be more predictive at

scheduling mechanical work.
