• Design Electrical Power and lighting layout.

• Review scope of work for Electrical Installation project specification procedures and their revision to determine the adequacy of such to meet quality requirements and initiate changes in various procedures.

• Revise Electrical Power & Lighting Layout design into as-built plan as approved by Abu Distribution Company

• Estimate proper and approved materials the length of working hours needed for power and lighting layout system installation job to be done

• Materials receiving and documentation.

• Prepares procedures for estimating; monitors project activities for compliance, and prepares cost control reports.

• Analyzes requests, prepares estimates, and makes recommendations for project and process enhancements.

• Reviews and evaluates contractor compensation claims as to scope and price for acceptance.

• Prepares contract fair price estimates and makes recommendations.

• Responsible for preparing planning, conceptual, preliminary, and definitive types of estimates for projects.

• Acts as liaison between field forces, Architect-Engineer, vendors, and contractors for changes in scope of work.

• Assists in preparation of special cost and scheduling studies.

• Provides material take-off and labor for cost control, productivity, assessment and procurement.

• Establishes and maintains estimating files, price books and data base.

• Develop project estimates for a variety of work activities.

• Review and approve vendor and contractor estimates.
