This required SOP and process development as well as teaching the courses, practical demonstrations and in the trench one-on-one coaching. I trained a Safety Inspector as well as a Quality Auditor to manage the programs and conduct the audits. This was in support of a US Military operation and was subject to all OSHA, EPA and NFPA regulations. Performed 2 remediation projects and monitored clean-up efforts on other relocation efforts.
