EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Total 21 years experience in different maintenance fields - Power gen Maintenance, Fuel technician, Vehicle maintenance & Heavy/light vehicle operator.

Presently working for DynCorp International – Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan

Duties and responsibilities - working as a Power Generation Foreman for DynCorp International from 2010 June To2012 Aug.

Working as a Power Gen foreman.

Maintenance and troubleshooting generators.

Maintains periodic services, parts replacement, electrical trouble shooting, load testing, generator replacement.

Prepare daily and weekly reports as required.

Perform other duties as required.

Maintenance and repair all kind of generators including military generators up to 440KW. (Perkins, Volvo, John Deere, Cummins and caterpillar generators)

Attend regular Safety meetings.

Performed duties in a safe manner and follow proper safety procedures and make sure all employees working in a safely manner.

Compile all reports and submit to supervisor and while in absence of supervisor make sures all reports are submitted to the upper management in an effective & timely manner.

CSA LTD – Camp Arifjan – US ARMY Base (2007 May to 2009 March)

Duties and responsibilities – Worked as a Fuel Technician

Operates full dispensing pumping equipment receives and dispenses retail/bulk/ fuels to customers.

Receives fuel from Bulk Fuel Yard & Issues to desired camps. Selects and submits fuel samples for testing. Performs fuel Gauging and accounting duties.

Performs accounting duties.(DA Form 3643,5633,3853,1898)

Conducts daily PMCS on associated fuel equipment.

Maintains the integrity of “Bulk fuel quality surveillance program”.

Arranging drivers as per schedule for filling

Keep a track of all records of daily filling.

Coordinate with Safety department if there is any fuel spill or safety issue noticed

Conducts API and records daily gauge readings for fuel storage tanks.

Performs other duties assigned by Supervisor.

CSA LTD– US military base – Camp Arifjan (Mar 2005 to June 2007)

Duties and responsibilities – Worked as a Generator Mechanic

Performed duties in a safe manner and follow proper safety procedures and make sure all employees working in a safely manner.

Maintenance and troubleshooting generators.

Maintains periodic services, parts replacement, electrical trouble shooting, load testing, generator replacement.

Performs mobile service includes all service & maintenance works of generators.

Daily checkups, Technical Inspection, Meter reading and submitting reports on a daily basis to the supervisor.

Attending daily Tool Box Topics.

Good knowledge in trouble shooting. Knowledge in electrical diagrams.

DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING from Nangapappa University,Tamilnadu,India

OSHA U S safety Course.

Indian valid Heavy & Light Driver’s license. (US Military License Forklift up to 6k)
