• Receiving
o Receive materials in from purchase orders
o Inspect material to make sure it is not damaged
o Deliver materials to proper locations of the building
• Finished Goods (Software: Oracle)
o Run cycle count report and make sure inventory is correct
o Take material from production floor and transfer into FG’s sub inventory
o Run reservations in the system to reserve all sales orders
o Use FIFO procedure when picking orders
o Run a pick release to release all sales orders due for the week
o Pick and prep kits for sales orders and bring into shipping
o Order product manuals when running low
o Replenish Kanban bins in the system and place on outgoing bins rack
• Shipping
o Interact with inside sales/customer reps to resolve sales/orders issues.
o Check pick slip to make sure all parts and serial numbers are correct
o Pack products using Instapak foam machines from Sealed air
o Ship domestic and international orders using Kewill software
o Make sure the system files through aes for international shipments
o Make sure customs value and ITN number is correct on air way bill and commercial invoices before shipping
o Wrap and strap large crates and pallets
o Use pallet jacks and dollies to transport materials to proper pick up locations
o Place orders for supplies and boxes for the company
o Schedule pick ups from carriers (DHL,UPS,Fed Ex)
o Maintain a clean work area

o Put away stock into proper warehouse locations
o Replenish production floor with needed clamshells and bags

o Interact with buyers and planners to make sure all needed material is ready to be picked

• Operate powered industrial vehicles (Electric stand up fork lifts, reach fork lift and powered pallet jacks) to pick material and place on pallets for shipping

• Ship domestic and international orders using Oracle
