Roles an Responsibilities:
• Scheduling the Midrange Batch jobs on different servers according to the request of the clients.
• Adding and deleting the Batch jobs on the servers of the clients.
• Changing the Job information language (JIL) for the Batch jobs.
• Monitoring the Midrange Batch jobs of different clients that we support and informing the clients ASAP about the job failures.
• Interacting with clients and performing the tasks on the Batch jobs.
• Gathering information using Advanced Device Management System [ADMS] tool
• My responsibilities include Production Support for varoius clients and servers
• Working on VCC ticketing tool and creating the tickets according to the severity level when the server is down or facing an issues.
• Assigning the ticket created to the concern team using the ADMS tool.
