- Worked with the Operations Services dept to lower the overall inventory through identifying excess inventory, determining MRP settings for the storage locations and the manufacturing plants, and monitoring the supply chain to avoid stock out situations.
- Developed weekly reports for identifying inventory at each storage location and plant and also total demand for the materials.
