Lead the Association’s outreach and education efforts. Develop relationships within both the private and governmental sectors to promote the uses of these construction methods. Create construction specifications and provisions to aid State Departments of Transportations, municipalities, aviation departments and private industries to conceive and administer road building and re-building projects. In 2009, 16 educational programs were held and market share increased by X% over 2007 results.
