As Sports Group Accounting Manager, managed a staff of nine when Miller Freeman Inc. was purchased by VNU in 2000. Supervised all exhibitor invoicing, collections & cash applications, armored car pickups and registration procedures at Action Sports Retailer, Interbike and Outdoor Retailer trade shows. Assisted corporate finance office with month-end close procedures, departmental budget analysis and inter-company funds transfers, and acted as a lead during their Oracle to SAP implementation.
As Senior Credit Analyst, handled all credit, collections and customer service matters for MFI’s Travel and High Tech publication groups.
