* Checked and corrected a bug in the delay circuitry of the Lidar equipment.

* Implemented another delay circuit in case the first one failed again.

* Designed a test to measure how much certain window films attenuated electromagnetic waves. Because of this testing, the Observatory received window tints for all their windows free.

* BS in Electrical Engineering and BS in Computer Engineering; graduated in June 2001 from Recinto Universitario de Mayagüez - UPR.
