Senior Project CAD Designer for numerous URS projects improving increasingly stringent air quality regulations on new and operating fossil fuel power plants.

• Numerous Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization Upgrades and Scrubber Refurbishments. Some of these projects required very close work with Japanese engineers of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI). Prepared detailed steel design and fabrication drawings, mechanical piping drawings and civil/structural drawings. Implemented changes under extreme time constraints. Ensured project completion within the budget and on schedule. Coordinated work between client and designers.

• Multiple site visits requiring collection of additional data, measurements, location verifications, etc.

• Kept records on design work and tracked work progress and budget.
