BusMovers is a web based application aims for BT customers to Change their telephones from one location to other. If any BT customer wants to change their house address then they have to change the telephone also. For this they have to update the details in BT.com profile. After receiving the details from customers, BT has to send particular details to the verification team for the verification. After completion of verification the updated address and the confirmation mail will send to customers.

Description:

The reminder service is web-based application, which is made for general physicians. In this web application, a physician can put appointment and can see all appointments and a single appointment based on appointment ID. A physician can get SMS from BT services to remind about appointment. This web application will be built and deployed using the Open Source framework.

Friends and Family option helps customer in reducing bill by availing discounts on heavy usage numbers. Customer can define preferred number in FnF service. The customer can choose 10 or 15 number depending on the type of service i.e. FnF (domestic) or FnF (overseas) respectively. Customer can choose one number as Best Friend number. Customer gets 20 % discount on Best Friend number and 10 % discount on remaining numbers. Customer can opt for Friends and Family auto update facility where system defines FnF numbers depending on the customer’s usage.
