1. Study the scope of work & project schedule and prepare work methodology for fast and easy completion of the Project.

2. Report to the Project Manager regarding the required resources, equipment, and material and Safety requirement in order to make necessary arrangements to carry out the work efficiently and effectively.

3. Prepare daily reports and update the Project Manager regarding progress, attendance reports, and also keep him informed about the critical issues related to the work

4. Attend meetings regularly with Project Manager, project team, subcontractors for progress review and discuss all related issues

5. Discuss and coordinate with site engineers and Supervisors to clarify their doubts, explain and priorities work action plan.

6. Forward work program to the site engineers and site foramens to ensure that all the activities will be done on time
