Designed a Femoral Component for total knee replacement system using Pro-Engineer and performed Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using Pro-Mechanica.

Drafted a regulatory rationale along with the Pre-market Notification, PMA, IDE as per 21 CFR, and RFD for class III Medical device (Implantable Blood Glucose Meter) with inputs from Pre- clinical, Clinical, Quality and Marketing Departments
• Total Quality Management:
Created a process model as part of internal and external supply chain and developed a customer requirement analysis model based on QFD. Analyzed and improved out of control processes using control charts for variables and attributes.
