Project consists of constructing a public recreational access facility that includes a boat ramp, parking lot with fencing and lighting, widening one mile of I75, resurfacing, drainage improvements, signing, signalization, storm drainage and five acres of heavy embankment.

Project consists of reconstruction of a two lane state highway, adding lanes, Intelligent Traffic Systems, earthwork, drainage, lake construction, striping signage and lighting.
