T1454 (SR 93 in Collier Co. FL) $5,500,000.00

Project consists of constructing a public recreational access facility that includes a boat ramp, parking lot with fencing and lighting, widening one mile of I75, resurfacing, drainage improvements, signing, signalization, storm drainage and five acres of heavy embankment.

T7292 (SR 688 in Pinellas Co. FL) $21,000,000

Project consists of reconstruction of a two lane state highway, adding lanes, Intelligent Traffic Systems, earthwork, drainage, lake construction, striping signage and lighting.

Miami Central Senior High School

Project consists of 214,000sf of new classroom/administrative construction. Site work included new electrical, sanitary, water and chilled water infrastructure to support new classroom/administrative space and new chiller.

City of Miami Beach (Miami, FL)

New World Symphony Concert Hall

Project consisted of $100 million, 75,000 SF concert hall designed by Frank Ghery.

Site work involved demolition of 58000 SF of existing prestressed concrete structure, new FPL duct bank, new force main piping and lift station, storm and foundation drainage.

EDI Development Corp. (Ft. Lauderdale)

Eclipse Apartments/Condominiums

Project consisted of 695,872sf of new condominium construction.

Site work included vibro-floatation foundations, deep injection wells, force main sanitary sewer, potable water and fire mains.

Florida International University (Miami, FL)

College of Nursing and Health Sciences

Project consisted of the construction of a 101,000sf multi-story educational facility to accommodate the College of Nursing and Health Science programs.

Site improvements included auger cast pile foundation, FPL duct bank and vault, phased utilities to integrate with existing systems without interruption of service.
