Experience
Volunteer – New Orleans, La June – July 2006
I worked with local companies to design a disabled access ramp using sustainable practices in a building that will hopefully be used as a model for sustainable building in New Orleans. I learned about permaculture and sustainable building design.
Makel Engineering Inc. (MEI) - Chico, Ca June – August 2005
Position: Engineering Technician
I was responsible for testing (CO, CO2) gas sensors, analyzing the results and troubleshooting the sensors controllers. I also modeled experimental concepts using Solidworks.
