By preparing and submitting change controls, engaging managed service vendors, and tracking the installation and removal of equipment and ports on the Bank’s network on a project basis.

A six month contract for the daily support of two Avaya G-3 PBXs, Intuity Audix system, and Wincall Call Accounting System, along with six R-300 remote office units. Evaluation, analysis, and recommendation of vendors for services and equipment to the College. Responsible for the moves adds and changes to the voice telephone systems and voicemail. Maintainence of inventory and contract services of cell phones for the College. Evaluation and recommendation of voice systems for IP telephony for the dormitories of the College.
